I am not upgrading to vb4. Since my lifetime banning by that jewel, steve machol. I will try to find a different software provider. Just sucks that vbulletin stole my renewal money. Hopefully if enough people contact the better business bureau of california, we can maybe wake up the boss of internet brands. First step to take, fire ray morgan, and steve machol.

I just purchased four IPB licenses and start converting tomorrow.

We reached a fork in the road and I just didn’t care for the direction Internet Brands/vBulletin Solutions seemed to be taking.

Hi, I bought a license a month ago. I was not happy about them not honoring the license, so I made a paypal dispute. Got my refund back and bought IP suite. I have got the same nick on both.

I had 4 vB licenses (2 owned and 2 I administer). 1 is now with IPB, two are with MyBB and the last one stays with vBulletin – because my members and moderators persuaded me to do that.

Purchased IPB just a few days ago. I tried to look into free alternatives, but none met my needs.. Bye bye vb.
I also filed a complaint on http://www.bbb.org against internet brands. we’ll see how that goes!

I will NOT be renewing my current licenses. As soon as they’re expired, I will move to IPB. Their customer support is superior compared to corporate jerks that are IB.

So, in 3 weeks time, IPB here I come.

I will be staying with vBulletin, I have faith in them, despite the recent uproar over pricing. Would like to see the new CMS b4 before committing to buy.
